Jamie has been fascinated by real estate since she was a child. She graduated at the top of her high school class at sixteen then spent several years working as an Au pair for a military family. She earned her BA in Sociology and Non-Profit Business at Louisiana State University while also attending real estate school. During college, she worked at a non-profit coffee shop, in Christian Ministry, and fostered four young girls. She relocated to Rapid City in 2012.
Jamie now has started two Black Hills businesses designed to help families find happy homes: Kingdom Realty and Shine Property Management. She is a member of the Black Hills Board of Realtors, South Dakota Real Estate Commission and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a credited Military Relocation Professional, Certified Negotiating Expert, and Accredited buyers rep.
When not managing her two successful businesses, Jamie is involved in her church and area women’s ministry. She loves music, the arts, sports and spending time in the Black Hills including jogging, hiking, and biking.
Kerri and her husband Matt, who is a service member in the Air Force, have known each other since they were young kids on the Oregon Coast, playing in cow pastures and forests. Reconnected in an amazing story by God many years later, they married in November 2017, and have six kids and two cats. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with the kids, and trying to find fun new things to do in the area. Kerri also enjoys reading, cross-stitch, coloring, and crime-drama television shows.
